non-political, non-government, non-profitable voluntary organization.
Stimulated by the NextGen Skills requirement to enable 21st Century
skills and Global Citizenship and Igniting the spirit of entrepreneurship, a
group of a dedicated and committed team of 4 Women experts from Odisha formed
this Startup.
IPREPTODAY plays a
proactive role in the elevation and skills development of NextGen to address
various challenges faced by the youths, Professionals, Academia, and
Entrepreneurs. We aim at up-skilling and innovating for wider impact and to
benefit with 360-degree enablement via 15 essential factors. We are driving
toward Global Citizenship education and skills development for the growth of
the nation.

Global Citizenship Essay Contest
In conjunction with World Education Day on 24th Jan, IPREPTODAY organized an essay competition, on “Global Citizenship”. The Competition was open to participants worldwide, between the ages of 13 -22 years.
IPREPTODAY received an overwhelming number of entries from the online contest. All the valid entries were evaluated by a duly constituted jury who, after much deliberation, recommended the winners from various countries to be awarded the Cash award and other EdTech services.

OCF Webinars
IPREPTODAY played a key role with Odisha Corporate Foundation in moderating and delivering several webinars and presentations and article writeups focusing on the Odisha Entrepreneur development and innovation as a key to success for I.R4.0 and how to transition to I.R 5.0.

Step Program for Schools in Odisha
IPREPTODAY has directed the Skills enablement and Career pathfinder program for the youth and NextGen with the support of a few schools in Odisha. Focusing on the New way of working and new ways of learning. And emphasizes the Digital enablement to be competitive in the Industrial Revolution.

Mentoring the Mentors Training workshop for Utkal University
IPREPTODAY conducted a 10-day extensive workshop on Mentoring the Mentors with participants from various departments of Utkal University including Prof. Ashok Das and Shri Bijay Patnaik, I.A.S, Former Chief Secretary, Govt. of Odisha and Former President of Vedanta University, President, Alumni Association, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, to train on the Mentoring Skills.

Education for the NextGen Global Web Conference
IPREPTODAY launched its Manual and Digital platform in an International webinar, Education for the NextGen. Eminent speakers were Dr. Biswajit Saha, Director – Training and Skills Education, CBSE, Prof. Ashok Das, Vice Chairman, Odisha Higher Education Council, and Yogeswaran Govindarajah Country Manager at Hemmersbach, Malaysia. A panel discussion followed to address the expectations of the NEP 2020.
The manual was launched and the panel discussion was followed by technical sessions the by Dr. Biswajit Saha, Director – Training and Skills Education, CBSE, Prof. Ashok Das, Vice Chairman, Odisha Higher Education Council, and the Digital Platform was launched. . The webinar focused on bringing the participants across the borders from Academia and Industry with 100+ active participants, Chaired by Dr. Snigdha Misra Associate Professor at International Medical University, Kuala Lumpur.
