AI-Augmented 360° Skills Discovery is a foundational micro-credential introducing learners to the IPREPTODAY 360° Enablement Framework, the 15 Pathways of Skills Development, and a suite of AI-powered self-assessment tools.

In this program, learners also begin their journey with the IPREPTODAY TimeBank, a digital impact exchange system for skill-sharing and mentorship.
Every new TimeBank member receives 2 hours of Time Credit, which they can use, earn, or exchange for mentoring activities with IPREPTODAY mentors, experts, or peers.

This micro-credential marks the first step toward building a holistic development profile, preparing learners for meaningful Mentor–Mentee engagements, and crafting their personalized Career Development Roadmap.

AI-Enhanced Learning Use AI-powered tools to perform self-checks, evaluations, and skill mapping. Analyze AI-generated insights to create a strengths-and-growth profile.
Self-Assessment & Reflection Create a 360° Development Profile covering personal, professional, transformational, social, and spiritual dimensions. Use reflective exercises to identify development priorities.
Mentoring & TimeBank Engagement Understand how to participate in Mentor–Mentee relationships. Use the 2-hour TimeBank credit for mentorship support, consultation, coaching, or peer collaboration. Learn how to earn additional Time Credits by offering help, support, or micro-contributions within the community.
Career Roadmap Prepare a personalized Career Journey Roadmap v1.0 aligned with skill pathways and mentoring support.

1. Open to Learners Aged 15 and Above Suitable for high-school students, college learners, and adult learners who wish to develop foundational life and career skills.
2. Ideal for Early Professionals (0–5 Years Experience) Designed to support individuals entering the workforce, interns, trainees, and fresh graduates looking to strengthen their employability skills.
3. Suitable for Career Transitioners Perfect for individuals seeking to switch careers, reskill, upskill, or re-enter the workforce after a break.
4. Designed for Lifelong Learners Supports learners who are exploring continuous self-development across personal, professional, social, and spiritual dimensions.
5. No Academic Qualifications Required This program is beginner-friendly and requires no prior degrees, certificates, or specialized knowledge.
6. Basic Digital Skills Are Required Learners must be able to operate a smartphone or computer, browse the internet, and access web-based AI tools used in the course.
7. Internet-Connected Device Needed A stable internet connection and a personal device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) are required to complete AI-assisted self-assessment activities.
8. English at a Basic Functional Level Participants should be able to read and understand simple English instructions. No formal language certification is needed.
